Preparation Camp - 31st March to 7th April

Debated to be the hardest Ironman course in the world, Lanarote boasts a gruelling bike course which has 4 major climbs with a total of 2551m of ascent.  To prepare for this course you need to ride and you have to climb.

 each day on some of the most famous  cols in the world?

We have put together a 7 day camp that focuses on the ride segment of Ironman Lanzarote but also incorporates some fantastic runs and a couple of swims just to keep you in trim.

 

ITINERARY

 

Cost - £295  which includes everything but flights and 2 evening meals where we all go out for a well earned rest. Lunches are taken on the road in cafés and come in under 10 euros.
