Airport Transfer

We will pick you up from Toulouse airport on Saturday morning/lunchtime and take you back to the airport the following Saturday morning for one week holidays.  For long weekend holidays such as the Easter Tri Break we will take care of the transfers on the arrival and departure days at the recommended times.

When you book your holiday it is best to chat with us about times and airline etc so we can make sure we can get to you at the appropriate times.  If you choose a flight that doesn't meet our pick up times then you can always get the train (see Arriving by Train)

For point to point holidays such as the Pyrenean Traverse then we will let you know at the time of booking which airport is best for you.

Arriving by Car

We are about a 1 hour 10 minute drive from Blagnac Airport and the same drive time form Pau International Airport, where you may hire a car –

Toulouse Blagnac  has Europcar, Budget, National, Avis, ADA, Sixt and Hertz all have offices at the airport.

Paul International Airport has Europcar, Budget, National, Avis, Sixt and Hertz all have offices at the airport.

If you choose to drive to us either all the way from your home or from the airport then follow the directions below.  We have plenty of parking at the centre and we can store your bikes and bike racks if you want to drive out later without them hanging off the back.

From Toulouse Blagnac airport :-

  1. Take Avenue Claude Gonin (D902) in the direction of Toulouse.

  2. Take the N124 in the direction of Bordeaux, Montepellier, Toulouse-Centre, Purpan.

  3. Take the exit towards Miraile, Montpellier, Foix, Tarbes.

  4. Take the exit onto the A624 / E9 and head towards Foix, Tarbes, Lourdes, Saint-Sebastian.  You are now on the main auto route for the next 100km.  At Muret there is a Toll booth and this is €1.50.  At Lestelle there is a another Toll Booth where you take a ticket.

  5. The next exit you are looking for is Exit 17 which is just after the Service Station.  Head towards Montrejeau, Luchon, Saint Bertrand de Comminges, Valcabrere.  At the toll booth you will need to pay €3.10.

  6. After the Toll Booth go straight on keeping to the left and heading for Luchon.  This will take you on a new bypass road.

  7. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit in the direction of Luchon along the D8.

  8. At the traffic lights go straight on towards Luchon, Barbazan.

  9. Just after the village of Barbazan which is off to your left you will come to a sharp right bend.  On this bend there is a turning for Luscan.  Take this turning and you will be in the village.  It is one road and you must follow it all the way through the centre to the last farm house on the right - here you will see large black gates and Pyrenees Multisport.

  10. If you miss the turning on the bend then follow the road in a long sweeping bend, the next turning on the left brings you into Luscan.  Pyrenees Multisport is the first large house on the left.

From the majority of the Channel ferries we are about a 12 hour drive.  There are plenty of service stations and rest points along the way and but for the last 8km all is on fast auto routes.  The tolls add up to around €60 but these are well worth the ease and speed of journey.

Arriving by Train

If you choose to take the train then we have a station very close to us at Montrejeau  and we will pick you up from there anytime (of course let us know before you arrive).

From Toulouse airport there is a shuttle bus to Toulouse Matabiau train station and costs around €3.90 and takes around 10 minutes.  Then take a train to Montrejeau which takes around 50 minutes.  We will be waiting just outside in the carpark.

If you wish to take a train all the way then take a look at the following links.
