The Bike Barn
The Bike Barn is what we know as the workshop. Situated in one of our barns attached to the house is the spacious workshop which houses the the rental & test bikes, our own and of course your bikes when you stay with us. There is a complete workshop where we can aid you in building your bikes up from the journey or fix any problems you might encounter on the rides as we do not want a broken bike ruining anyone's holiday. There is a qualified bike mechanic on hand at all times so if you want someone else to do the messy work we will be happy to oblige. We hold a small range of spares and can source other items locally if needs be.
There is also plenty of room to store your bike bags or boxes in a safe secure area. As well as your bike shoes and helmet or any wet kit to save cluttering your rooms.
A running machine is available if you just want to shake those legs out after a ride and there are also rollers and Tacx trainers but who will want to ride indoors when the Pyrénées are just outside.
TopBike Rentals
We have three models of road bikes from Planet X and Look. We also have the Planet X Stealth Tri bike in 3 sizes for those of you who want to test themselves on the climbs. The carbon bikes are the Planet X Pro Carbon and the Look KG555. The alloy machines are the Planet X superlight alloy. If you do not want the bother and the worry of bringing your own bike out with you then try one of ours for your time here.

Power Meter Rental
We have a number of Cycleops Power Tap units available for rental from the centre. Coming to the Pyrenees is a perfect way to measure yourself against the pros on the same climbs they are rinding in the Tour de France.
The PowerTap SL+ wheel system features ANT + wireless technology so all you have to do is replace your wheel with the PowerTap wheel and place the computer on the handlebars and you are off.
You can then save your data files to a USB stick for anlysis when you return home.

Garmin GPS Unit
Navigate Your Ride
Lose yourself in the ride without losing your way. We have loaded all our regular ride routes on turn by turn maps of the area. This way you do not have to keep stopping to check our ride brochures or pull out your michelin guide. These units will tell you your speed, your heart rate (if you have a Garmin HR chest strap) and the gradient you are attempting. A great way to get around the mountains without getting lost.

Terms & Conditions
- Bikes are hired with tub bag, tube, levers and pump
- The equipment must be treated with care at all times and will be mutually inspected on pickup and return.
- Pyrénées Multisport reserves the right to remove equipment from the customer (if the customer is deemed to be mistreating equipment) or replace equipment at any time during the period of hire.
- The customer must not seek to repair any damage or make alterations to rental equipment without prior authorization from Pyrénées Multisport. (other than changing tubes)
- All equipment remains the property of Pyrénées Multisport during the period of hire and cannot be sold, given or hired to third parties by the customer.
- A cash bond of €200 and the customers passport (or drivers license) is taken at the start of the hire period.
- The customer will pay (at the time of bike return) the total replacement value of any equipment lost or stolen.
- The customer will pay (at the time of bike return) for any and all repairs to equipment in the event of accident or damage.
- Pyrénées Multisport accepts return of equipment only when outstanding debts for damage or loss have been paid for.
- All equipment hired is the responsibility of the customer during the period of hire.
- The customer must lock and protect equipment when not in use, during the period of hire.
- The customer will not hold Pyrénées Multisport responsible for accident or injury sustained during the hire period.
TopEndless Pool
We were always worried about what size pool we were going to need for our centre in the Pyrénées. As swimmers we always look for 25m pools to do our training in but there was no way we could put in a full size pool and manage it. So we decided on the Endless Pool which combines the ability to train hard if you wish with the relaxation of a small pool located on our terrace next to the house.
The pool arrived from the US in August 2005. We had it shipped into La Havre and then it was trucked down to us in Luscan. We were lucky to have friends Cathy and Bill Taylor staying with us as they helped man handle into the pool and all of its equipment into our barn.
The pool works by drawing the water from the pool through a large fan and pushing it out again to allow the swimmer to swim against the current.
We were lucky enough that Endless Pools gave us a slightly wider pool and the more powerful motor to allow the more advanced swimmers a great workout. We have also installed underwater mirrors and an underwater camera to allow stroke technique to be analysed if you so wish.
Pyrénées Multisport has also been chosen to act as the show pool for France. So if you are interested in the Endless Pool then you can always come and try it out.
We hope that this pool will provide a welcoming swim after your days activities but also it allows you to make it one of your training sessions and you can take away your swim video on DVD.
