Tour De France Week 2008

Join us in the heart of the Pyrenees to witness the most famous races in all of cycling.  We are lucky enough to have 4 stages of the Tour De France 2008 coming right by us, which we can ride and then watch the riders only inches from their handlebars.  Our one week package is open to anyone who can ride 20km or more as all our rides are fully supported with our backup team.  We will get to see the finish of Stage 8 in Toulouse, then ride through the beautiful Luchon valley to watch Stage 9 on the Col de Peyresourde.  Stage 10 we will see on the most legendary of climbs the Tourmalet.  When the pro riders are resting we will ride some of the smaller climbs of Stage 9 only a few kilometers from our centre. Then for Stage 11 we will ride to the start in Lannemezan.  Once the riders have left neighborhood we will throw in another great day of riding so you can experience the whole Pyrenees.

Cost - €740 - £530 - US$1100  which includes everything but flights and 1 evening meal where  the chef gets a well earned rest and a local restaurant is visited on the final night. Lunches are taken on the road in cafés or back at the centre in the guest lounge where you can make sandwiches etc.  We will take you to the supermarket on the Saturday to get your weeks supplies
